Postpartum Doula

What is my role as a postpartum doula?

I strive to provide the following for my clients so that you get the right start to your business.

– Emotional Support
– Empowerment to Make Informed Choices
– Informational Support
– Physical Support

Holistic Support

Postpartum care extends beyond the baby’s immediate needs. Providing holistic support to both parents, addressing physical recovery, emotional well-being, and the practical aspects of daily life is what families need.

Breastfeeding Support

For mothers navigating the intricacies of breastfeeding, I offer guidance and support. My expertise helps establish a positive breastfeeding relationship, ensuring both comfort and nourishment for you and your baby.

Household Support

Juggling household responsibilities can be overwhelming during the postpartum period. I lend a helping hand with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other tasks, allowing you to focus on rest and bonding with your baby.

Nourishment

Food is the key foundation to getting us through the day. There is a reason why they call it labor, and to promote healing in the fourth trimester I offer home-cooked meals for you and your family.

Nourishment

A key ingredient to working with me is having access to my cooking skills. Having supported women for over 20+ years in-home, I am aware of the food that will build strength and support healing throughout the 4th trimester.

I provide hand-cooked meals and even offer a menu type option.
